2016 Food Prep – Week 34

Hi Friends!

Just popping in to share my food prep from last weekend:

food prep

I made:

  • Meatloaf + an extra one for the freezer
  • Roasted Squash with plain yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Lemon Energy Balls
  • Salmon Cakes – similar to these
  • Watermelon
  • Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole
  • Pumpkin Yogurt Bars – made them with wheat flour instead of oat this time and they worked great.
  • Waffle French Toast
  • Oatmeal for Squish

That’s it! What are you prepping this weekend?

Enjoy!

    Hi Lindsay,
    That’s a lot of variety!
Would you mind sharing (one day) your mentioned roasted squash recipe?
    Thanks and warm regards,
    Stef

i just roast an acorn squash, scoop out the flesh, add a scoop or two of vanilla yogurt and some cinnamon and mash it up. Or plain yogurt and add a splash of maple syrup!

The Salsa Verde Chicken looks very good, I’ve been looking for something a little different for my meal prep. Looks like I have a new option!

Man you have so much variety. Where do you find all these different recipes? I have a tough time looking for recipes because I don’t know what I’m looking for.
