Just popping in to share my food prep from last weekend:
- Meatloaf + an extra one for the freezer
- Roasted Squash with plain yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon
- Roasted potatoes
- Lemon Energy Balls
- Salmon Cakes – similar to these
- Salsa Verde Chicken Casserole
- Pumpkin Yogurt Bars – made them with wheat flour instead of oat this time and they worked great.
- Waffle French Toast
- Oatmeal for Squish
